Leveraging Story with Jane Berz

This episode features the High Leverage Practice of Story with Jane Berz.  Everything starts with a story. Stories powerfully connect us to others, and can hold the power to trigger imagination and empathy. Stories humanize, offering a glimpse of your authentic self.  Jane does just that by relating her journey of living a disconnected life in an abusive relationship, and what it took to reclaim herself, sharing “You reach this point where you say – you know what? I don’t want to live this way anymore.  And it takes having your back against the wall and really clarifying your thoughts, clarifying what you believe, clarifying what’s important.  But it must happen to live an authentic life, your true self, which has so much to offer.”
